Do you still have any questions?
Here you will find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions before booking a home visit.
When is it advisable to contact a home midwife?
You can contact me whenever you have questions or need support during pregnancy, postpartum, or breastfeeding. Whether it's a specific difficulty or you simply want a professional to assess how you and your baby are doing, I'll be happy to help.
What does a home visit include?
Each visit is tailored to your needs. Before we begin, we will discuss the reason for your consultation and I will assess your situation to provide you with personalized care. The goal is to leave with your doubts resolved, practical tools, and the peace of mind that comes from feeling supported.
How long does a visit last, approximately?
Each visit has an approximate duration that you can check within each service. Every family is different and every situation needs its space. Visits are made without rushing so you can express all your doubts and receive the support you need.
In which areas do you offer home visits?
I offer home visits in Gironès and Baix Empordà. If you live outside these areas, you can also contact me: I will study each case and inform you of the possible travel surcharge.
How can I book a visit?
You can easily contact me on WhatsApp, by phone, or by email. Tell me what you need and we'll find the day and time that best suit you.
What if I need another visit later?
There is no compromise. Some families only need a single visit, while others prefer follow-up over several days or weeks. Together we will assess what the best option is according to your needs.
What if I need medical attention during the visit?
My priority is always the safety of the mother and baby. If during the visit I consider it necessary for you to be evaluated by another professional or go to a health center, I will explain it clearly and guide you on the steps to follow.
And if I'm not sure if I need a visit?
It's okay. You can write to me and explain what's worrying you, with no obligation. I will guide you on whether a home visit is the best option or if another type of care is more suitable.
Let’s talk?
I am here to calmly and respectfully support you during pregnancy, postpartum, or breastfeeding, always in your own home.
Tell me what stage you are in and what you need, and we'll look together at how I can help you.
I'll get back to you as son as possible!
